Pros and cons of iFighter 2: The Pacific 1942 app for iPhone and iPad

iFighter 2: The Pacific 1942 app good for

Excellent arcade feel maybe boost income a little as it takes a while to upgrade
I love everything about this game from the music to the new attack mods. Remakes are not normally this good but this is grate.
Great game. Smooth play and nice visuals. But an update with some new levels, enemies, anything would help this game from getting monotonous once you beat all the levels.
Awesome game, just wish I can keep my save data from my iPhone 4 onto this iPhone 5, hopefully devs help us with this
This is a very well-executed update of the arcade classic, 1942. The graphics, music and gameplay are pretty much flawless. The only quibble I have is that the Japanese ships arent named, although history buffs can figure them out, and you never get to go up against the mighty flagship, the Yamato. While there are in-app purchases, you can play perfectly enjoyably without paying, although unlocking the best planes will take a lot of doing unless you pay. I highly recommend this!
I wish there was a way to restart the mission if you dont have any continues without going all the way back to the main menu. Fantastic game, brings me back to the 80s with a childhood favorite, 1942.

Some bad moments

7 of the same level just variable difficulty each with more bullets fired by the enemy? Great concept though
I need a control to tolerate this game. My fingers cover the whole screen.
You have to pay to get better planes or other stuff. There are items in this game, which you only get by buying them.
The game is amazing but nearly impossible to unlock without put a lot of money. You need kind of 950 000 coin to unlock best plane and you gain like 30 coin per level.
The first game was one of the finest schmups on idevices. This should have been better. But two main problems kill most of the fun: -its gone from being a schmup to a bullet hell shooter. Except bullet hell games still give you a path to stay alive. This is just designed to kill you quickly, which leads into the second problem: -IAP. like arcades of old this is just designed to bleed money from you to keep playing. You CAN play without paying extra but like I said, its not much fun. Boo-erns
This game is amazing, excellent playing on all of them. Beautiful graphics. But i have a major problem and that is that any extra boost you want for the game, eg. Extra lives or super canon on one of the game, or a new plane, will cost you double digits money!! Some of the upgrades will cost over $90!!
